Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to BloxPlan. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and BloxPlan ("we," "us," or "our") that governs your access to and use of our website, tools, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing BloxPlan, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use BloxPlan.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and any person accessing the Service in any capacity.

About BloxPlan

BloxPlan is a planning workspace designed for Roblox game creators. It helps users turn rough ideas into more structured game plans by generating and organising content across areas including:

• Game concept planning and launch kits
• Monetization strategies, gamepass ideas, and developer product ideas
• Thumbnail and icon briefs for visual content
• Game descriptions and store page copy
• Update roadmaps and patch note drafts
• Promotional scripts and content ideas
• Saved projects and planning workspaces

BloxPlan provides tools and AI-assisted suggestions to help creators plan smarter. It is not a game development platform, publishing service, or Roblox product.

Eligibility and Accounts

To create a BloxPlan account and use the full Service, you should be of an age where you are legally permitted to enter into an agreement in your jurisdiction. In most cases, this means:

• Age 18 or older — you may use BloxPlan independently.
• Ages 13–17 — you may use BloxPlan with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Your parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
• Under 13 — you may not use BloxPlan without verified parental consent, as described in our Privacy Policy, Section 13.

Account responsibility. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information.
• Keeping your password and login credentials secure and confidential.
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying us promptly at support@bloxplan.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

BloxPlan reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at its discretion, including where Terms are violated.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use BloxPlan only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm BloxPlan, its users, or any third parties. The following are prohibited:

• Misusing the Service — using BloxPlan in ways that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or Roblox's own Terms of Service.
• Attempting to break or overload the Service — including hacking, distributed denial-of-service attacks, stress testing, or any attempt to disrupt normal operation.
• Scraping or automated data extraction — using bots, crawlers, or scripts to extract data from BloxPlan without written permission.
• Reverse engineering — attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of BloxPlan's code, algorithms, or AI systems.
• Creating illegal or harmful content — using BloxPlan's tools to generate, plan, or publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise harmful.
• Infringing intellectual property — uploading, requesting, or generating content that violates the intellectual property rights of Roblox Corporation or any other party.
• Impersonation — impersonating another user, creator, brand, or BloxPlan itself.
• Bypassing usage limits or security controls — circumventing rate limits, access restrictions, account tiers, or any security measure.
• Selling or reselling access — reselling, sublicensing, or sharing your account access with others in violation of these Terms.

BloxPlan may take action — including content removal, usage restrictions, or account termination — if any of the above are violated.

AI-Generated Content

BloxPlan uses third-party AI services (currently Anthropic's Claude API) to generate planning suggestions, descriptions, ideas, and other content. You should understand the following before relying on AI outputs:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete — AI-generated content can contain errors, hallucinations, outdated information, or suggestions that are not applicable to your specific situation.
• Outputs may be repetitive or generic — AI systems may generate similar results for different users or for the same prompt repeated multiple times.
• Outputs may be unsuitable without editing — generated game descriptions, monetization ideas, promo scripts, and other content should be reviewed and adapted before use.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs — BloxPlan provides AI generation as a starting point, not a finished product. It is your responsibility to evaluate, edit, and verify any content before using it in or outside of Roblox.
• Originality is not guaranteed — AI outputs may resemble content that already exists on or off the Roblox platform. BloxPlan does not guarantee that generated content is unique, original, or free from similarity to existing works.

User Content and Saved Projects

You own your content. Any game plans, ideas, notes, prompts, and other content you create or enter into BloxPlan belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your creative work.

Limited licence to us. By saving or storing content in BloxPlan, you grant BloxPlan a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This licence does not allow us to sell, republish, or use your content for any other purpose.

Your responsibilities. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you create or store in BloxPlan:

• Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Does not infringe the intellectual property rights of Roblox Corporation, other Roblox creators, or any third party.
• Does not violate Roblox's Community Standards, Terms of Service, or any platform rules applicable to your game.
• Does not contain content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

BloxPlan may remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to actively monitor all content stored by users.

Roblox Disclaimer

BloxPlan is an independent tool for Roblox creators and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation.

"Roblox," the Roblox logo, and related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. All references to Roblox, Roblox games, the Roblox platform, or related concepts are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply any partnership or association with Roblox Corporation.

BloxPlan does not have access to your Roblox account, Roblox Studio, or any data held by Roblox Corporation. Any game planning content generated by BloxPlan is entirely separate from the Roblox platform and must be implemented manually by you.

No Guaranteed Results

BloxPlan is a planning and idea-generation tool. We help you organise and think through your Roblox game — we do not build, publish, or operate your game for you.

BloxPlan makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:

• The success, popularity, or virality of any game you plan using BloxPlan.
• Revenue, Robux earnings, or monetization outcomes from any ideas generated.
• Player traffic, engagement, or retention resulting from any content BloxPlan produces.
• Platform rankings, featured placement, or promotional outcomes on Roblox.
• The accuracy or commercial viability of any AI-generated suggestion.

Outcomes depend entirely on how you implement ideas, the quality of your game, market conditions, and factors entirely outside BloxPlan's control. Use generated content as a starting point, not a guaranteed strategy.

Plans, Billing, and Payments

BloxPlan may offer both a free plan and one or more paid plans with additional features or usage limits. Details of current plans and pricing are displayed on the BloxPlan pricing page.

When paid plans are introduced:

• Payment processing — subscription payments will be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to that provider's terms as well as ours.
• Subscription fees — you are responsible for paying the subscription fees shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
• Recurring billing — paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) unless you cancel. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period.
• Price changes — we may change plan pricing at any time with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations. If you are on a paid plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or billing settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access to paid features until that date.

Refunds. Refund eligibility, if any, will be described at checkout or in a billing-specific policy published when paid plans launch. We aim to be fair, but we cannot commit to specific refund terms until our billing model is finalised.

Free plans. Free plan access may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

If you have a billing concern or dispute, contact us at support@bloxplan.app and we will do our best to resolve it reasonably.

Service Changes

BloxPlan is an evolving product. We may, at any time and without prior notice (except where required by law):

• Add, change, or remove features, tools, or templates.
• Adjust usage limits, AI generation quotas, or plan structures.
• Suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.
• Discontinue the Service or specific features entirely.

Where a significant change may materially affect paid users, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice. BloxPlan is not liable for any loss resulting from a service change, modification, or interruption.

Beta and Early Access

BloxPlan may currently be in, or may offer access to, a beta or early access version of the Service. By using BloxPlan during this phase, you acknowledge that:

• The Service may contain bugs, errors, incomplete features, or unexpected behaviour.
• Features, limits, and pricing may change substantially before a general release.
• Data or saved content may be affected by bugs or technical issues during beta periods.
• BloxPlan may end the beta, reset usage data, or modify access at any time.

We appreciate early users and do our best to communicate changes — but beta access comes with the understanding that things are a work in progress.

Third-Party Services

BloxPlan relies on third-party services to deliver the platform. Your use of BloxPlan involves your data being processed by some of these providers as described in our Privacy Policy. By using BloxPlan, you acknowledge that these providers may process your data as part of providing the Service:

We are not responsible for the terms, practices, or reliability of third-party services. Links to their respective policies are provided in our Privacy Policy, Section 8.

Intellectual Property

BloxPlan's IP. The BloxPlan name, logo, brand, website design, user interface, source code, product templates, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of BloxPlan or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You may not, without written permission from BloxPlan:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the BloxPlan platform or its interface.
• Resell or sublicense access to BloxPlan's tools or templates.
• Use BloxPlan's brand name, logo, or visual identity in any way that implies an affiliation or endorsement.
• Build competing products based on BloxPlan's design, structure, or AI prompting system.

Your IP. As described in Section 6, you retain ownership of the content and game plans you create. BloxPlan's limited processing licence does not transfer any ownership of your content to us.

Limitation of Liability

BloxPlan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BloxPlan and its team will not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on AI-generated suggestions, plans, or ideas.
• Revenue loss, Robux loss, or missed earnings resulting from use of BloxPlan's content.
• Service interruptions, downtime, data loss, or bugs in the platform.
• Third-party platform decisions, including actions taken by Roblox Corporation in relation to your game.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

By you. You may delete your BloxPlan account at any time through your account settings. On deletion, your account data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, Section 10.

By BloxPlan. We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to BloxPlan — with or without notice — if we determine that you have:

• Violated any part of these Terms.
• Abused, misused, or attempted to exploit the Service.
• Bypassed usage limits, security controls, or account restrictions.
• Created legal risk, security risk, or reputational harm for BloxPlan or its users.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour.

Where termination is for a material breach, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you unless doing so is impractical or legally prohibited. On termination, your right to use BloxPlan ends immediately. Sections that by their nature survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Quebec, Canada, including applicable federal laws of Canada, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BloxPlan that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your region.

Changes to the Terms

BloxPlan may update these Terms from time to time as the product evolves. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• For significant changes — such as new restrictions, billing terms, or material changes to user rights — we will notify registered users by email with reasonable advance notice.
• We may also post a notice on the BloxPlan website or within the dashboard.

Continued use of BloxPlan after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using BloxPlan and delete your account.
